At Base Blu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your Base Blu account or access the 'Returns' section of our website to enter your order number and email address to initiate a Return Authorization (RA) request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and then inside the Base Blu shipping box, ensuring all original documentation and invoices are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the provided pre-paid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
